In Mentors Offer a 'Spark of Hope' , Patti Dodds says she teaches kids who are dyslexic or have ADD who are "... extremely creative, but getting it from their brains to the paper is a problem."Noticing a stigma related to learning disabilities, she started a mentoring program with Dartmouth students that's been going on for three years.
